Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Client Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and manage client relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities: Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Drive revenue growth: Develop and implement plans to drive revenue growth, including upselling and cross-selling existing clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service: Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to our clients.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience: In a client-facing role, preferably in the energy or utilities industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Business acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including sales, marketing, and revenue growth strategies.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
