Qualifications and Experience:


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Proven ability to cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients at all organizational levels.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, with a willingness to learn additional sales tools.


• 2-5 years of relevant experience in field sales.


• Background in Dermatology is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Client Management:

1. Strategically plan and execute territory objectives to achieve sales targets set by management.

2. Gain a comprehensive understanding of pharmacy operations and services to effectively communicate benefits to clients.

3. Rapidly assimilate new initiatives, programs, and pricing adjustments.

4. Ensure all marketing materials are up-to-date on a weekly basis.

5. Identify marketing opportunities and proactively communicate them to management.

6. Lead the development of project goals and timelines for client accounts.

7. Assist in the implementation of new programs and initiatives across all client accounts.

8. Act as the primary contact for client accounts within the designated territory, addressing all pharmacy utilization matters.

9. Create daily and weekly schedules for client meetings.

10. Understand the unique characteristics of each client account.

11. Serve as a consultative partner, continuously identifying opportunities to enhance client business through increased service utilization.

12. Oversee the operational onboarding of new client accounts.

13. Clearly articulate the services available through our pharmacy locations and align them with client needs.

14. Collaborate with decision-makers to develop plans for improved service utilization.

15. Work closely with providers and staff to enhance pharmacy communication.

16. Proactively address and resolve client issues both in-person and remotely, ensuring comprehensive issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

Collaboration and Planning:

1. Develop comprehensive client profiles for pharmacy staff.

2. Identify areas for improvement within client accounts in conjunction with pharmacy professionals.

3. Collaborate with pharmacists to create both short- and long-term strategic plans, identifying accounts for maintenance, growth, and new business opportunities.

4. Communicate effectively with pharmacy staff as needed.

5. Facilitate educational events for clients as required.

6. Collaborate with industry partners, including pharmaceutical manufacturers.

7. Regularly meet with management and pharmacy professionals to review account status and discuss potential business strategies.

8. Coordinate closely with pharmacy staff to ensure unified communication with clients.

9. Assist in the onboarding process for new pharmacy locations.
