Role Summary:

We seek a seasoned Client Engagement Manager to oversee client partnerships and guarantee the provision of insights and strategic recommendations that align with the client's business goals.

The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between our clients and our analytical teams, managing projects from start to finish while ensuring that all client requirements are fulfilled to the highest service standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and sustain robust, long-term client relationships, serving as the primary contact and managing client expectations effectively.
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of each client's business, sector, and competitive landscape to adeptly manage projects and offer strategic counsel.
  • Collaborate with analysts and team members to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions in accordance with client needs and objectives.
  • Oversee analysts' activities related to industry, market, customer, and competitor research.
  • Partner with analysts to create clear and actionable client deliverables and presentations utilizing data visualization and storyboarding techniques.
  • Conduct regular client follow-ups to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for further engagement.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on account status, encompassing progress (actuals vs. estimates), profitability, risks, and potential growth avenues.
  • Participate in internal review meetings to provide insights into client demands, preferences, and trends.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including client workshops, seminars, presentations, and engagement estimates (scope and effort).
  • Uphold the highest standards of client service and operational excellence across all engagements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous.
  • 3-5 years of experience in client services, account management, or a related field within a consulting or strategic planning context.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining keen attention to detail. PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to adapt to rapidly evolving environments.
