The Senior Client Relationship Manager is tasked with comprehending client requirements and operational challenges while crafting solutions that merge various service offerings. This role focuses on enhancing engagement within current client accounts and is accountable for the sales of Knipper's 3PL services, in addition to pinpointing potential opportunities across other Business Units. Establishing and nurturing client relationships is essential for fostering ongoing growth. This position is responsible for delivering innovative client solutions, ensuring quality execution, and maintaining the overall health of client partnerships.

Hybrid Role with a focus on flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop tailored solutions for client projects based on specific requirements and industry benchmarks.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to existing clients to broaden current business engagements.
  • Manage client accounts to ensure consistent service delivery and revenue enhancement.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's strategic goals and challenges.
  • Collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement and identify new service offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with client contacts to ensure high levels of satisfaction are consistently met.
  • Establish regular communication with clients to gauge engagement and satisfaction.
  • Oversee the client satisfaction process and implement corrective measures when issues arise.
  • Act as the primary escalation contact, collaborating across teams to resolve issues impacting client deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions with the company.
  • Ensure adherence to financial controls, including timely estimates, statements of work, invoicing, and reconciliation reporting.
  • Monitor the status of client programs, including tracking variances in schedule and budget, and understanding resource allocation.
  • Develop quarterly business review presentations for assigned accounts.
  • Facilitate effective and timely communication both internally and externally regarding account matters.
  • Keep cross-functional teams informed daily about any changes affecting the client.

Qualifications

Education/Training: A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience is required.

Professional Experience: Over 5 years of management experience in a related field.

Demonstrated success in sales and revenue generation. Experience in the pharmaceutical lifecycle is highly desirable.
