Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Stratasys. As a Marketing Automation Expert, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing automation platforms to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Automation Strategies: Design and build automated marketing campaigns, including email nurture streams and lead scoring programs, to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Segmentation and Data Analysis: Develop segmentation strategies based on behaviors, demographics, and firmographics to create targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Campaign Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data to optimize email deliverability, open rates, and lead conversion.
  • Integration and Collaboration: Ensure accurate integration of customer data across marketing automation and CRM systems, and collaborate with developers on integration projects.
  • Process Documentation and Training: Document data-driven marketing automation processes and train marketing stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay updated on marketing automation best practices and platform features to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a data-driven marketing automation role.
  • Skills: Proficient in analyzing and interpreting campaign data, with experience in lead nurturing, segmentation, and campaign management.
