Position Summary:


We are in search of an Email Marketing Strategist who possesses a strong dedication to client success and exceptional analytical skills.

This role is crucial in delivering our Revenue Operations (RevOps) services to a diverse portfolio of clients, primarily utilizing HubSpot.

Your objective will be to streamline and enhance our clients' revenue processes, ensuring effective coordination across all revenue-generating functions.

This position is perfect for individuals who excel in improving operational efficiency, driving growth, and enhancing customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute tailored RevOps strategies that meet client requirements, ensuring smooth operations and enhanced data integration across marketing, sales, and customer service.
• Manage and optimize HubSpot and other CRM/marketing automation tools to fulfill client objectives.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each client, ensuring operational excellence and identifying growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, anticipating needs, aligning strategies, sharing insights, and driving growth initiatives.
• Continuously seek ways to deliver value to clients by meeting revenue targets, KPIs, and providing expert guidance.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to inform strategic decisions and improve client outcomes.
• Advocate for the adoption and optimization of new technologies and systems that enhance RevOps and client success.
• Provide expert training and support to clients on maximizing the use of HubSpot and other platforms.
• Stay informed on digital marketing and RevOps trends to maintain Rocket55's industry leadership.


Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in a Professional Services delivery role (functional, technical, or project/program management).
• Proven experience in revenue operations, particularly within a service or agency environment providing RevOps solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of HubSpot, including CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Operations Hub.
• Ability to deconstruct complex projects and challenges into manageable solutions while guiding clients through the process.
• Experience in creating and executing strategies for omnichannel marketing campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously with a focus on excellence.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to support decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Advanced HubSpot certifications.
• Proven success in delivering RevOps services that significantly enhance client operational efficiency, revenue growth, and satisfaction.
• Experience in Marketing Operations and/or Sales Operations.
• Familiarity with additional CRM and marketing automation platforms is advantageous.
