  • Work closely with our agent to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and grow our business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Must already be licensed as a 2-20 P & C agent in the state of Florida or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong computer skills, with the ability to learn and use our software systems.
