Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Event Concierge to join our team at Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina. As an Event Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that their events are executed flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise between the Event Sales and/or Event Planning Manager and the on-site meeting contact to ensure seamless event execution.
- Act as the central point for handling and addressing special needs for requests, providing a high level of visibility and attention to detail.
- Develop detailed knowledge of the hotel meeting facilities, group dynamics, and event details to provide expert advice and support.
- Work closely with the Event Sales and/or Event Planning Manager to ensure that all event details are accurately communicated and executed.
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
