Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily schedule adjustments, including handling call-outs, vacations, and clinician changes.
Optimize schedules to ensure smooth operations while overseeing staff time-off requests and clinical transitions.
Resolve concerns from providers, staff, and patients to create a positive, collaborative environment.
Maintain records of Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities.
Deliver high-quality service to clinicians and vendors by effectively addressing and resolving issues.
Manage patient concerns and provide support for special projects and ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:
Associate's degree or higher, or have 3+ years of relevant work experience and/or specialized training in lieu of formal education.
Recent experience managing schedules within a high-volume medical group with numerous providers.
Proficient in Google Suite, particularly intermediate Google Sheets, and/or Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel.
Basic understanding of credentialing and licensing regulations.
Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
Excel in a dynamic environment, showing adaptability and creative problem-solving abilities.
Committed to maintaining patient and staff confidentiality.
