Job Summary

The Patient Services Coordinator II is a key member of our healthcare team, providing administrative support to health care providers in a high-volume Gastroenterology ambulatory practice. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient scheduling, diagnostic testing, and referrals
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and colleagues
  • Manage confidential patient information and maintain accurate records
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, staff, and other departments to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of healthcare experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic healthcare environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
