About the Role

The Patient Services Coordinator will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients, students, and staff. This role will involve scheduling patient appointments, updating patient information, managing payment collections, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide patient support and assistance with scheduling appointments, updating patient information, and managing payment collections.
  • Work closely with students, staff, and faculty to ensure seamless patient care and support.
  • Manage patient waitlists, review scheduling opportunities, and optimize the use of chair time.
  • Perform patient check-in and check-out duties, including updating patient demographics, verifying patient eligibility, and processing payments.
  • Collaborate with the Group Practice Team to ensure excellent patient care and support.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; Associates degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service environment with heavy customer/patient interaction.
  • Prior experience in healthcare private practice office, hospital, clinic, or dental practice preferred.
