About the Opportunity

Olive & June is looking for an experienced professional to lead account management initiatives across major retailers. As a Sales Channel Director, you will be responsible for managing relationships with mass retailers and broker partners, as well as driving performance of key accounts to maximize sales, distribution, and merchandising opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth within existing partnerships and launch new ones.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing calendars and other initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in account management or sales across mass retailers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving business objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Salary and Benefits
