Revenue Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team. In this exciting opportunity, you will leverage your expertise to maximize revenue, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth.
About the Role:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
- Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Optimization:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and guest data to inform pricing strategies and drive revenue growth
- Develop and implement pricing strategies that meet and exceed revenue goals, while maintaining competitiveness in the market
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of revenue-generating initiatives and maximize revenue opportunities
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, fostering repeat business and driving brand loyalty
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all group bookings, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to identify potential new booking opportunities and grow business partnerships
Market Intelligence:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business growth
- Work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to identify and target new markets, including corporate, incentive, and special interest groups
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales collateral and promotional materials that effectively communicate our brand and unique offerings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in group sales within a luxury or boutique hotel environment
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Knowledge of CRM and hotel sales software (such as Opera, Delphi, or Salesforce)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and accountability
