Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our advertising sales team as the Head of Ad Sales. This is a full-time on-site role located in Washington, DC, where you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive ad sales revenue, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling ad campaigns.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Lead and manage the advertising sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective ad campaigns
  • Analyze sales data to inform business decisions

Requirements
  • Proven experience in advertising sales and leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
