The Customer Service Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring an exceptional experience for families, focusing on safety, enjoyment, and effective sales strategies for swim lesson enrollments. The front desk serves as the primary hub for all offerings at Bear Paddle Services, assisting families with tours, enrollment processes, scheduling, and addressing inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commit to providing a family experience that prioritizes Safety, Enjoyment, and Results
  • Maintain a secure, clean, and welcoming environment
  • Foster a positive atmosphere for both customers and team members
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and possess comprehensive knowledge of all program offerings
  • Communicate effectively and courteously through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Conduct facility tours and guide families throughout the premises
  • Engage with prospective leads and conduct sales calls to enhance student enrollment
  • Execute daily operational tasks while adhering to the Quarter Curriculum with a focused weekly agenda
The Customer Service Coordinator reports directly to the Swim School Manager and the Customer Service & Sales Manager.

Qualifications
  • Background check is mandatory
  • Dependable and consistent work ethic
  • Strong customer service skills and effective verbal communication
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience in administration or sales
