This position serves as the primary information hub for all offerings at Bear Paddle Services. Responsibilities include assisting families with facility tours, facilitating enrollment processes, scheduling, promoting program options, and addressing inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Commit to a family experience that prioritizes Safety, Enjoyment, and Achievement
- Maintain a secure, clean, and organized environment
- Foster a positive atmosphere for both customers and team members
- Deliver high-quality customer service and possess comprehensive knowledge of all program offerings
- Communicate effectively and courteously through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Conduct tours and guide families throughout the facility
- Complete lead follow-ups and sales outreach to enhance student enrollment
- Execute daily operational tasks while adhering to the Quarter Curriculum with a focused weekly agenda
Qualifications
- Background check is mandatory
- Must demonstrate reliability and consistency
- Strong customer service skills and effective verbal communication are essential
- Availability to work evenings and weekends is required
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience in administration or sales

- Starting pay rate of $14/hr
