Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, assess, document, and analyze business requirements and industry data, including KPIs and other essential metrics.
  • Document system designs and processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners, working collaboratively to optimize and enhance our integrations.
  • Examine data to derive business-relevant insights and utilize data visualization techniques and tools.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and team members to design effective systems.
  • Communicate effectively with and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process enhancements, and operational decisions.
  • Work alongside project managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with business and operations team leads to ensure strategic alignment with the Veeva CRM Platform and long-term scalability.
  • Create user acceptance test scripts, compile test summary reports, facilitate UAT, and perform quality assurance and other validation documentation as necessary.
  • Oversee daily project activities, including scheduling, scope management, change orders, and budget tracking.
  • Provide weekly status updates that include project risks, mitigation strategies, assigned personnel, and resolutions.
  • Manage day-to-day operational oversight of the Veeva CRM platform and its integrations with other systems, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Coordinate with other IT teams and/or vendor support as needed.
Qualifications
  • Experience with Veeva CRM applications.
  • Overall IT experience of 8+ years.
  • Veeva CRM Administration experience of 5+ years.
  • Certification in Veeva CRM Administration is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL support processes.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Maintain professionalism and participate in all required meetings.
