Key Responsibilities:

  • General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Financial Reporting: Support preparation of monthly/year-end financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Management Reporting: Provide timely and accurate financial reports to various organizational stakeholders.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Payroll: Assist in the payroll process and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Expense Management: Review and analyze expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with the finance team to assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in accounting or related field of study.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
