SpotOn: Sales is seeking a Business Development Specialist to promote our innovative software solutions to local businesses and restaurants. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

About the Role:

  • Promote our full product suite to small business owners and restaurant operators
  • Travel to client sites within a designated territory to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new clients
  • Manage the sales cycle from start to finish, including prospecting, demo, proposal, and close
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, with a focus on selling software and point-of-sale solutions

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the SMB or restaurant space
  • Proven track record of delivering against sales goals, with a metrics-oriented approach
  • Excellent cold calling and prospecting skills, with ability to build strong relationships
  • Proficient in CRM software, preferably Salesforce

Compensation:

  • A competitive base salary of $50,000, with on-target earnings of $110,000 per year
  • Daily commissions for new accounts signed, bonuses for hardware and implementation, and monthly production bonuses
