Role Overview:
The Account Operations team at Robinhood plays a crucial role in supporting our growth and assisting customers during key moments in their relationship with us. This team is responsible for a variety of account servicing functions, including application assessments, updates to customer information, and handling levy notices.

As an Account Management Associate, you will be essential in our account creation and maintenance processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Thoroughly reviewing new account applications while ensuring compliance with risk management protocols.
  • Assessing customer-related documents for accuracy and processing necessary updates.
  • Meeting efficiency targets with minimal errors.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert in account opening and maintenance, effectively communicating with other teams and customers.
  • Managing daily account maintenance requests and collaborating with internal partners to resolve complex account issues.

Qualifications:
