  • Handle all shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring proper distribution of mail and packages.
  • Support intake processes as needed and maintain communication with IT and HR for facility-level assistance.
  • Ensure all staff have access to the facility's Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
  • Adhere to company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook and participate in scheduled meetings and training sessions.
  • Exercise professional judgment in managing patient interactions and confidentiality.

Protecting patient privacy is paramount; all staff must comply with organizational policies regarding the handling of protected health information (PHI) and ensure that such information is shared only with authorized personnel as necessary for job functions.
