Key Responsibilities:

A Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing customer system analysis projects from initiation to final delivery, ensuring that all projects are executed within the designated timeline while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating data collection and validation processes, forecasting project timelines, tracking performance metrics, allocating resources, and providing support to the services team. The individual will collaborate closely with clients, contractors, distributors, sales teams, project coordination personnel, and engineering resources to ensure efficient and accurate project completion.

Additional Duties May Include:
  • Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to supervise and coordinate data collection efforts and the completion of power system analyses
  • Accurately predicting project completion timelines to align with customer expectations and internal billing objectives
  • Monitoring the receipt and verification of data through effective communication with team members and clients
  • Clearly communicating anticipated project delivery timelines to both internal teams and external clients
  • Prioritizing follow-ups on data collection based on the progress of projects
Qualifications for Success:
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential
  • Strong organizational abilities are required
  • Some college education or equivalent experience in power system studies is necessary; a Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred
  • Familiarity with electrical system diagrams or specifications is advantageous
  • Capability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Developed interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues of varying technical backgrounds, including experience working with contractors, consultants, and sales personnel as needed
