Position Overview:
As a Senior Project Management Leader in the Water/Wastewater sector, you will oversee the comprehensive planning, staffing, and leadership of the Order to Delivery processes for the Water/Wastewater Project Management Team.

Your role will be pivotal in aligning these processes with the strategic objectives of the US Business Operations and the National Sales Force Organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the project execution team and collaborate closely with the Area Sales team to ensure the strategic direction is effectively implemented, enhancing the overall efficiency and productivity of Project Management activities.
• Manage all resources involved in the Project Execution process, including personnel, financial assets, processes, and tools.
• Take charge of validating the project's statement of work and contract terms with clients, serving as the primary contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and confirm a project schedule with clients to ensure all expectations are met, engaging directly with internal manufacturing facilities, clients, and distributors.
• Lead the execution of customer project orders, ensuring effective communication and coordination through kickoff meetings, resource tracking, activity sequencing, and the exchange of technical requirements and project plans.
• Monitor and control project performance throughout its lifecycle, including task completion verification, project team oversight, change order management, and contract administration.
• Oversee the project closeout process, ensuring financial reconciliation, equipment arrival verification, installation, startup, and training support completion through thorough reviews and coordination with support services.
• Provide innovative, value-engineered solutions to meet client needs and enhance customer relationships through effective problem-solving and interaction.

Qualifications:
This role requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Required knowledge includes medium and low voltage electrical distribution and control equipment, along with proficiency in computer operating systems, particularly Windows. Familiarity with standard business application software such as MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Access is essential, as well as knowledge of SEA and other business systems.
