Digital Project Coordinator

Oversees and manages technical projects aimed at enhancing customer engagement from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and utmost client satisfaction. This role encompasses project strategizing, resource management, budgeting, execution, implementation, and ongoing support. The individual will collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to guarantee the efficiency and effectiveness of solutions aligned with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, as well as clients, to prioritize project needs, define scope, allocate resources, and schedule deliverables
  • Aids management in assessing and developing project plans while contributing to the planning and design of alternative solutions
  • Tracks project deliverables and progress through continuous dialogue with team members and key stakeholders
  • Identifies potential issues and proactively addresses risks
  • Generates reports detailing project progress and challenges
  • Ensures project completion aligns with corporate and client objectives
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, complemented by 2+ years of relevant project management experience
  • Remote work capability, with occasional visits to client sites as necessary
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Office Suite, and Visio
  • Competence in managing project finances, ensuring accurate revenue forecasting and profitable delivery
  • Ability to function effectively as a team player in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse internal and external clients, including experience with contractors and consultants
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and quickly acquire new skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP Certification
  • Familiarity with Power Monitoring Systems and the control/automation sector (including metering, transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, PLCs, drives), energy management, and power distribution
  • Experience in a matrix-managed environment
  • Background in Critical Power applications within Data Center settings
  • Knowledge of competitor products and services
  • Understanding of applicable OSHA regulations
