Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary liaison for the client throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assume responsibility for confirming the project's scope and contractual obligations with the client, addressing both technical and financial aspects.
  • Create a detailed project timeline and collaborate with the client to ensure alignment with expectations.
  • Oversee and direct project implementation activities within the defined scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
  • Recognize critical technical and project-related challenges, as well as schedule or financial risks. Formulate corrective strategies and ensure resolution. Maintain ongoing monitoring of project challenges and risks.
  • Employ established document management protocols.
  • Facilitate project closure activities with the client's project manager, including financial reconciliation, deliverable verification, and documentation finalization.
  • Identify and escalate significant project challenges to the management team.
  • Projects are primarily domestic within the US, with some international engagements for Strategic Accounts.
Qualifications for Success:
  • A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience in customer-facing project management is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the construction project lifecycle is advantageous.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a dynamic environment with strong time management capabilities.
  • Proficient understanding of computer operating systems, particularly Windows.
  • Experience with standard business software applications, including MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Access.
  • PMP certification or CAPM certification is a plus.
