Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary liaison for the client throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure the project's statement of work and contractual obligations are thoroughly validated with the client, encompassing both technical and commercial aspects.
  • Create and manage a comprehensive project timeline, collaborating with the client to align expectations.
  • Oversee and direct project execution activities, adhering to the defined scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Recognize and address critical technical and project-related challenges, as well as schedule or financial risks. Implement corrective measures and ensure resolution. Maintain ongoing tracking of project challenges and risks.
  • Employ established document management protocols.
  • Facilitate project closure activities alongside the client's project manager, including financial reconciliation, deliverable verification, and closure documentation.
  • Identify and escalate significant project challenges to the management team.
  • Projects primarily focus on domestic U.S. markets, with some international or export initiatives for Strategic Accounts.
Qualifications for Success:
  • A four-year degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience in customer-facing project management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the construction project lifecycle is advantageous.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in time management within a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient knowledge of computer operating systems, particularly Windows.
  • Experience with standard business applications, including MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Access.
  • PMP certification or CAPM qualification is a plus.
