About the Role:

We are seeking a Sales Engineer/Account Manager to join our team at WEG Electric Corp. This role will be responsible for establishing profitable growth, developing market penetration for WEG Commercial products in the assigned territory, and building the customer base via new business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish profitable growth in the assigned territory

Develop market penetration for WEG Commercial products

Build the customer base via new business development

Continuously grow 'share of wallet' with existing customers

Collaborate with the leadership team to define optimal markets and offerings

Identify project opportunities and communicate throughout the organization

Requirements:

5+ years of applicable industrial Sales/Engineering experience in power transmission products

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical work experience

Excellent communication skills at all levels and all disciplines of an organization

Ability and willingness to travel 50%-70%

Experience with CRM systems preferred
