Ambulatory Care Role with Competitive Salary

This Certified Medical Assistant II position is an exciting opportunity to join OU Health's Heart, Lung and Vascular Clinic. As a member of our patient care team, you will provide direct patient care and contribute to the assessment and monitoring of patient status.

Essential Duties:
  1. Take vitals, patient history, venipuncture, lab, x-ray, referrals, and patient phone messages as directed by the provider and/or clinical supervisor.
  2. Follow National Patient Safety Goals and adhere to guidelines for patient care.
  3. Document patient information accurately and efficiently.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and other healthcare professionals.

We offer a competitive salary range of $35-$45 per hour, commensurate with experience. A High School Diploma or GED is required; completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program is preferred.
