Job Summary

This Clinical Care Coordinator role will work collaboratively with our clinic team to ensure efficient workflow and effective patient care.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for providing excellent patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the clinic team to manage workflow and assess patient needs in a timely and systematic manner
  • Document subjective and objective data according to policy
  • Demonstrate effective patient safety techniques and infection control
  • Work effectively as part of the clinic team to accomplish daily objectives
Qualifications

Clinical Experience: 6 months of clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office

Certification: Active Medical Assistant certification/registration (RMA, CCMA, CMA) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire
