We offer an attractive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, reflecting your skills and experience.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Patient Schedules: Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Patient Communication: Respond to patient inquiries, address concerns, and provide clear instructions on treatment options and financial arrangements.
  • Insurance and Billing: Verify patient insurance coverage, process claims, and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental office setting, preferably in a coordinator or administrative role
  • Familiarity with dental software and technology (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
