**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with bank product managers to develop and pitch payment services to clients, leveraging your expertise in payment platforms, including ACH, Check, Zelle, and Cards.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the payment platforms deployed within the bank, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations.
  • Participate in client sales meetings to explain payment service products and features, providing clear and concise information to drive business growth.
  • Facilitate client onboarding activities by coordinating with various teams within the bank, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Address client queries related to the payments platform, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the onboarding process and beyond.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations using tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, effectively communicating complex information to stakeholders.
  • Support project management and stakeholder coordination activities related to client onboarding and payment services, driving business outcomes and growth.

**Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, particularly within the banking sector, with a strong understanding of account payable payment products.
  • Prior experience facilitating client onboarding for treasury payment products in banks, with a focus on payment rails such as ACH, Check, Zelle, and Cards.
  • Strong understanding of payment platforms, including ACH, Check, Zelle, and Cards, with hands-on experience in payment operations.
  • Exceptional client management and communication skills, with the ability to manage client queries and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in creating presentations and working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with prior experience in project management, stakeholder management, and client coordination.
