Role Overview:
The Quality Control Auditor position at our Livonia Service Center is a pivotal role within our supply chain operations. This position is ideal for individuals with a solid background in quality assurance within an industrial context, who are prepared to engage in physically demanding tasks.

Compensation and Benefits:
Starting wage of $18/hour with weekly pay and direct deposit options. Comprehensive benefits package available after 60 days, including:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of pallets to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
- Identify defects and inconsistencies, documenting any deviations from established quality metrics.
- Utilize various tools and equipment to address minor quality issues and verify compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with production teams to communicate inspection results and address quality concerns.
- Support quality audits and adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in quality control or inspection roles.
- Familiarity with pallet materials and industrial equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 77 lbs for a significant portion of the work shift.
- Capable of pushing and pulling items with a maximum force of 31 lbs.

Working Environment:
This role involves working in a warehouse or manufacturing setting, requiring prolonged periods of standing and exposure to various environmental conditions.
