Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Technician to become a vital part of our team at Lisi Automotive. The successful candidate will possess expertise in various quality assessment tools and methodologies to guarantee that our products adhere to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct initial and ongoing dimensional and visual inspections to confirm part accuracy according to established protocols.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate tool adjustments and corrections to ensure part precision.

3. Isolate and assess parts, actively participating in the Material Review Board.

4. Employ precision measurement instruments to support incoming inspections.

5. Execute red-rabbit verification on inspection equipment.

6. Gather data and compile it into an End-Of-Shift Report.

7. Engage in various quality studies and initiatives aimed at improvement.

8. Participate in audits as assigned by the Quality Manager, including IATF, floor, internal, LPA, and dock audits, and communicate findings.

9. Mentor and train new Quality Assurance inspectors as required.

10. Educate production operators on in-process inspection techniques.

11. Fulfill additional responsibilities as designated by the Quality Manager.

12. Implement and uphold LEAP/5S and HSE standards.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in quality inspection.
  • Skilled in using calipers and micrometers.
  • Familiar with vision systems and CMM technology.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints.
  • Understanding of GD&T principles.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and manipulation.
