The Retail Operations Support Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall shopping experience by providing assistance across various store departments. Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist customers throughout the store, offering insightful product knowledge and suggestions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Support the checkout process by operating cash registers and managing transactions.
  • Receive, unpack, and organize products for different sections of the store.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in sales areas, fitting rooms, and other store locations.
  • Step in for absent team members across various departments as required.
  • Quickly learn and adapt to the unique processes and requirements of each department.
  • Provide additional support during busy sales periods and special events throughout the store.
  • Collaborate effectively with management and colleagues to meet store goals.
  • Engage in team meetings and training sessions to remain updated on store policies and practices.
  • Assist with special initiatives and events as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience in retail, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.
  • Physical capability to stand for long periods, lift products, and perform repetitive tasks.
