The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial real estate, demonstrating expertise in high-quality property valuations. Key Responsibilities
- Produce detailed valuation reports.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Consult with clients to identify optimal solutions.
- Collaborate with management on professional development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills
- MAI and/or RICS designation.
- Familiarity with Argus Enterprise software.

Compensation Structure
