QUALIFICATIONS: What we seek in candidates for this role

  • PhD from a prestigious university or a Master's degree accompanied by substantial (~3 years) relevant professional experience
  • Preferred educational background in quantitative analysis (Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a Science)
  • Proficient in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Excel, R, Tableau, Python, SQL, Access, etc.
  • Exceptional research skills
  • High levels of intelligence, creativity, curiosity, energy, and enthusiasm
  • Strong problem-solving abilities combined with attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (multilingual capabilities are advantageous)
  • A mature and responsible approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse groups of clients and colleagues
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to instill confidence in others
