KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this position, you will enhance the capabilities of your consulting teams focused on software and product management by:
  • Assisting in the creation and refinement of existing and new intellectual property and knowledge resources.
  • Engaging in commercialization initiatives alongside business leaders, supporting marketing activities, conferences, and publications.
  • Facilitating the onboarding, training, and mentorship of junior team members while sharing best practices across the group.


Your contributions will be vital in fortifying our ability to leverage both your expertise and BCG's extensive knowledge to serve consulting teams working with leading companies in the software sector.

QUALIFICATIONS

To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • A minimum of 2 years of consulting experience in the software industry, specifically in product management, or at least 3 years of direct product management experience; additional consulting experience or 4-6 years of relevant industry experience is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required; an advanced degree is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders in a collaborative global environment.

The Knowledge Team (KT) consists of specialists in various functional and industry domains, leveraging their expertise to provide valuable insights for case teams and clients. KT members are aligned with BCG Practice Areas, actively contributing to the strategic agenda and developing cutting-edge intellectual property and data tools to deliver insights.

BCG's Knowledge Team members are involved in casework, co-creating insights with teams and clients through expert perspectives on industry trends, proprietary data delivery, and comprehensive market research and analysis. They also support business development and proposal efforts while organizing and codifying knowledge to enhance BCG's ability to deliver exceptional value to clients.
