Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Chadwell Supply. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with current and potential customers, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

About the Role

  • Presents and sells Company products and services to current and potential customers.
  • Distributes various sales and marketing materials to support sales efforts.
  • Develops and maintains professional relationships with customer decision-makers and associates.
  • Visits and calls on multiple customers and prospects each day to identify sales opportunities and build relationships.
  • Prepares and follows daily, weekly, and monthly call schedules to ensure consistent sales efforts.
  • Identifies and troubleshoots customer issues and concerns using Company-approved methods and guidelines.
  • Assists the Accounts Receivable Department in the collection of past due monies by gathering information and submitting critical data.
  • Seeks out strategic customer and competitor information to promote sales growth and improve customer relations.
  • Provides on-the-job training for new and current associates.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate with customers, sales personnel, managers, and coworkers.
  • Must have a vehicle capable of significant travel and a valid driver's license.
