Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Pro-Vac. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion within a defined sales territory in WEST, TX.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the sales territory, focusing on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience during the sales cycle, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to grow the Pro-Vac brand, leveraging marketing, networking, cold calling, referrals, and other sales techniques to generate new accounts.
  • Utilize pre-defined proposals to provide estimates to prospects, follow up on requests that have not closed, and complete outbound calling to old customers for new projects.
  • Leverage inbound and outbound marketing activities to work with leads, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • At least 2+ years of experience growing market share in a sales or business development role.
  • 2 years of outside sales experience in hydro-excavation services and infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven success in a quota-driven sales environment with documented achievements.
  • Familiarity with public and private bid processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • BS/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
