We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Pro-Vac. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth through business development with new and existing customers in the Midland – Odessa area.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for a specified geographic territory.
- Provide exceptional customer experience during the sales cycle and manage client relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through marketing, networking, cold calling, referrals, and other sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales to grow the Pro-Vac brand and expand our customer base.
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business development role.
- Strong leadership skills, experienced negotiating strategies, and excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to develop and execute a strategic growth plan for a specified geographic territory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- A base salary of $80-$100,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications).
- Commission bonus based on collected revenue.
- Excellent benefits, including medical, vision, LTD, life, and EAP.
- 401k with 4% match.
- Paid vacation and sick/safe leave.
- Paid holidays.
