Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Pro-Vac. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth through business development with new and existing customers in the Midland – Odessa area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for a specified geographic territory.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience during the sales cycle and manage client relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through marketing, networking, cold calling, referrals, and other sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to grow the Pro-Vac brand and expand our customer base.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business development role.
  • Strong leadership skills, experienced negotiating strategies, and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to develop and execute a strategic growth plan for a specified geographic territory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
What We Offer:
  • A base salary of $80-$100,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications).
  • Commission bonus based on collected revenue.
