Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Pro-Vac. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion within a defined sales territory in WEST, TX.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the sales territory, focusing on increasing revenue and market share.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience during the sales cycle, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients.
  • Manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop and implement sales strategies, leveraging market intelligence and customer feedback.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform sales decisions, optimize sales processes, and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a business development role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion in a quota-driven sales environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of public and private bid processes, with experience in hydrovac, construction, utilities, or environmental services industry.
  • Ability to travel within the WEST TX markets, including Midland, New Mexico, and Oklahoma, OK.
