Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Pro-Vac. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within a defined sales territory in WEST, TX.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the sales territory
  • Provide exceptional customer experience during the sales cycle and manage client relationships
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through marketing, networking, cold calling, referrals, and other sales techniques
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to grow the Pro-Vac brand and expand our customer base
  • Utilize innovation and skills to continuously improve sales and marketing activities
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales and business development
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding customer base
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in hydrovac, construction, utilities, or environmental services industry
  • Knowledge of public and private bid processes
  • Ability to travel within the WEST TX markets
