Healthcare Recruiter Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our team at MGA Homecare. As a key member of our Sales Operations Team, you will be responsible for finding and attracting top healthcare professionals to join our team.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and recruitment, with a proven track record of building relationships and generating high-volume pipelines of candidates. You will be responsible for performing full-spectrum recruiting, from initial screening to management in the field, and providing outstanding customer service to our clients and job seekers.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit healthcare professionals through extensive phone and Internet/email prospecting
- Generate a high-volume pipeline of candidates under tight timelines
- Perform full-spectrum recruiting, from initial screening to management in the field
- Use major job boards, social media, referrals, and warm calling to find and attract talent
- Provide outstanding customer service to MGA's clients and job seekers
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to quickly build rapport over the phone
- High sense of urgency in completing assigned tasks and a willingness to learn
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Sales experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Salary of $67,000 - $83,000 (including bonuses)
- Weekly pay and quarterly bonuses
