Great Day Improvements - Production Support Specialist
As a Production Support Specialist, your role will involve meticulous examination of sales agreements, field work requests, measurement documentation, and labor invoices, ensuring precise job ordering and processing.
Key Responsibilities
· Contract Verification and Order Management
o Diligently assess and reconcile sales contracts utilizing measurement documentation
o Input all new, service, and warranty installation requests into the Great Day Improvements ordering platform
o Confirm the correctness of data from contracts and measurement personnel prior to forwarding orders for production
· Document Oversight
o Upload all pertinent documents to the customer profile in the company database
o Ensure all documentation is thorough and readily accessible
· Customer Record Maintenance
o Systematically organize and uphold comprehensive customer records
o Guarantee that customer records are current and precise
· Additional Responsibilities
o Execute other related tasks as directed by management
Required Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent certification
· Minimum of 3 years in customer service roles
· At least 2 years of experience in material procurement
· Background in the home improvement sector is advantageous
· Proficient in computer usage and adept at navigating various software platforms
· Capable of working autonomously while meeting performance benchmarks
· Strong focus on detail and precision
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including telephone etiquette
