Commercial Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Work With Your Handz. As a trusted plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning company, we pride ourselves on building lasting relationships with our clients and communities.

A successful Commercial Account Manager will consistently exceed sales targets by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical sectors. You will foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing expert guidance on tailored solutions.

Some key responsibilities for the Commercial Account Manager include:

  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities in commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical sectors.
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand the customer base.
  • Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and customer needs.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Offering technical guidance and support to clients, helping them choose the right solutions.
  • Preparing and presenting sales proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
  • Collaborating with internal teams for smooth project execution.
  • Maintaining accurate sales records and preparing reports.
  • Monitoring market and competitor activity.

We offer a competitive salary plus commission, ranging between $60,000 and $100,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, long-term disability insurance, company-paid life insurance, a 401K plan with company match, PTO, paid holidays, and a company-provided vehicle, phone, and tablet.
