We are seeking a seasoned Director to join our Business Development Organization at KPMG-UnitedStates. Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute virtual and in-person relationship-building strategies with assigned accounts
- Coordinate relationship-building activities with relevant partners, client engagement teams, and marketing resources to drive growth and development within assigned accounts
- Meet specific business relationship goals and booking targets at assigned accounts, reporting progress to national leadership
- Assist in proposal development, focusing on the KPMG value proposition, key differentiators, and win themes
- Manage business opportunities at assigned accounts to ensure KPMG is positioned to capitalize on opportunities by providing high-quality services
- Provide feedback from field experience to internal teams and sales colleagues on sales, enablement, competitive landscape, and related matters
- Minimum of ten years of demonstrated experience selling broad ranges of professional services in complex sales cycle environments
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in business or a related field or equivalent experience, with Big-4 experience a plus
- Proven track record of driving professional services sales in hunting environments, relationship building, and demonstrated use of social media in this pursuit
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills resulting in business transactions based on trust, confidence, and results
- Demonstrated success in identifying, initiating, and nurturing new or ongoing business opportunities and ability to leverage Customer Relationship Management tools to manage the entire sales lifecycle
- Ability to travel as necessary
