About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated real estate solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in sales, business development, and/or consulting
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate and facilities management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
