Position Summary:

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the accuracy of our invoicing processes and ensure timely dispatch. Additionally, you will handle initial collection efforts and maintain the product catalog, manage time entries for customer billing, and generate reports. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct independent research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and document a comprehensive range of financial data, ensuring transaction accuracy.
  • Process invoices, record payments, and monitor organizational expenses.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts as necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including statements and budget analyses.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to create and interpret financial reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
  • Ability to develop and document efficient processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks is advantageous.
