Account Manager Trainee – Industrial Sales Rotational Program

Grow Our Own (GO2) is:
- Our comprehensive rotational development initiative tailored for recent graduates aspiring to build a career in industrial sales.
- Participants will engage in extensive training, receive ongoing mentorship, and follow a structured path for career advancement.
- The training period typically occurs within a designated sales hub for approximately 12 months.
- Upon successful completion of the program, participants will transition to their assigned territory.

- Standard Monday to Friday work schedule
- 2-year technical degree and/or relevant training; a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Supply Chain/Distribution, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Preferred coursework or certifications in Fluid Power, Fluid Process, Fluid Conveyance, or similar areas.
- Mechanical interest and aptitude.
- Willingness to start work in the near future.
- Ability to potentially relocate to one of our training hubs for an extended period.
- A strong desire to pursue a career in industrial or engineering sales.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to foster professional relationships.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-driven to take charge of personal development.
- Related internship or co-op experience is preferred.
- Develop and expand sales with both new and existing clients.
- Enhance time and territory management skills.
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal support teams.
- Participate in hands-on training and joint sales calls with seasoned Account Managers.
- Engage in ongoing customer interactions to address their specific challenges and requirements.
- Receive continuous internal technical and product training.
