About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Trainee to join our team at Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc. As a Merchandising Trainee, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products are displayed and stocked on store shelves in a visually appealing and organized manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain attractive store displays to showcase our products
  • Replenish inventory on store shelves, racks, and cold equipment to meet customer demand
  • Ensure proper care and maintenance of equipment and Company assets
  • Rotate and replenish products to maintain product integrity and meet customer needs
  • Collect and dispose of broken or expired products
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to leadership on business opportunities and competitive threats
  • Work collaboratively with sales supervisors and delivery drivers to execute sales strategies
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • Minimum age of 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with Company safety policies
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a flexible or rotating schedule
